Thank you for giving! NOTE: By law, the 42nd Legislative District Committee - GOP may accept donations from individuals, PACS, corporations, unions and other entities. Individuals who contribute to the 42nd Legislative District have no limit in the amount they can give. This differs from the $800 limit individuals have when giving to candidates directly. Individuals may NOT request that donations be given to a specific candidate. Corporations, unions, PACs and other entitites may give no more than $4000 in a calendar year as non-exempt funds. There is no contribution limit to legislative district committees for exempt donations. (NOTE: Non-exempt contributions from non-individual donors must be used for individual candidate support.
